PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector terminal for press fit having excellent contact reliability, and capable of reducing the amount of raw material used.SOLUTION: A connector terminal for press fit 100 comprises: a connection part 101 formed by processing a substantially strip metal plate having elasticity and being inserted into the through hole of a printed circuit board; a pin 102 provided on the opposite side of the connection part 101; and a shoulder 103 provided between the connection part 101 and the pin 102. Substantially hemispherical swollen parts 11, 12 are formed by press drawing two parts of a metal plate closer to the tip side than the pin 102 and shoulder 103, and the metal plate is folded at a folding part 13 located between the swollen parts 11, 12 so that the concave surfaces thereof face each other, thus forming the connection part 101. The swollen parts 11, 12 are provided, respectively, with apertures 11b, 12b penetrating the metal plate. |
