摘要 Provided is an explosion-proof load cell device for which the manufacturing cost can be reduced compared to load cell devices with a pressure-resistant explosion-proof structure or an intrinsically safe explosion-proof structure, and the size of which can be reduced compared to a load cell device with a pressure-resistant explosion-proof structure, and with which it is possible to reliably prevent the infiltration of explosive gases and the like into the area where a strain gauge is attached or the area where an electrical component is installed. This explosion-proof load cell device is equipped with: a strain element (1); a strain gauge (2) attached to the strain element (1); electrical circuitry (3) connected to the strain gauge (2) and mounted on the strain element (1); a resin part (4) that seals and covers the strain gauge (2) and the electrical circuitry (3); and a power-limiting circuit (5) that limits the power supplied to the electrical circuitry (3) and the strain gauge (2) such that the heat generation temperature of the electrical circuitry (3) is equal to or less than the heatproof temperature of the resin part (4) even when a short-circuit occurs between the strain element (1) and the strain gauge (2), for example.
