PURPOSE: Functional rice cake coated with bean flour containing sweet pumpkin or yam, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the unique flavor and taste of the sweet pumpkin or the yam to the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional rice cake coated with bean flour containing sweet pumpkin or yam comprises the following steps: washing rice, and soaking the rice in 15-20 deg C water for 7-9 hours; mixing 63-71wt% of rice, 0.5-1wt% of salt, 20-23wt% of finely sliced sweet pumpkin or yam, 5-11wt% of water, and 2-5wt% of roasted sesame seeds; steaming the mixture for 15-20 minutes, and kneading the mixture after pounding in a mortar; and spreading the obtained dough, and cutting before coasting with the bean flour. |
