PURPOSE: A rotary roaster is provided to rotate by the contact and to selectively cook a required amount of food by forming a plurality of cooking chamber in a vertically direction. CONSTITUTION: A rotary roaster comprises a main body (30), a rotary shaft, a driving unit (14), a rotary plate, a rotation plate (40), a contact unit (50), a heating device (60), and a controller (70). Two or more cooking chamber (20) are formed in a vertically direction in the main body. The rotary shaft is formed in a vertically direction inside the main body and penetrates through each cooking chamber. The rotary plate is formed to be rotated at the lower part of the cooking chamber and is connected to the rotary shaft to be rotated by being interlocked with the rotary shaft. A plurality of rotation plates is formed in a circumferential direction surrounding the rotary plate, rotates with the rotary plate, is connected to the rotary plate to be rotated, and food or a container in which the food is filled are put on. The contact unit is in contact with the lateral surface of the rotation plate rotating with the rotary plate and rotates the rotation plate rotating with the rotary plate to a predetermined angle. The controller controls the operation of the driving unit and selectively drives the heating device installed in each cooking chamber. |
