The cap (1000) has a cup-shaped hollow body (1004) and a closure (1006) defining an inner chamber (1008) containing a substance for preparing beverages. The body comprises a bottom (1012) and an outer side wall (1010). The bottom is constituted by a peripheral region (1023) defining a rear end of the body, and by a central region (1024) returning toward interior of the cap with respect to the rear end by defining a recess (1028) outside of the body. The central region has a weakened area (1032) provided to be broken partly under the pressure of pressurized liquid. The body has an annular edge made of plastic material i.e. polyurethane. The bottom and the side wall of the body are made of plastic material i.e. polyamide. An independent claim is also included for an extracting system, comprising a duct for sending extracting liquid.
