PURPOSE: A red pepper paste production kit and a red pepper paste production method using the same are provided to enable users to easily produce red pepper paste at home by mixing a power mixture and a liquid mixture in a container, and aging the mixture. CONSTITUTION: A powder mixture and a liquid mixture are mixed in a container. The mixture in the container is aged at a room temperature for 30 minutes. 100 parts by weight of liquid mixture is mixed with 40-50 parts by weight of powder mixture. The powder mixture and the liquid mixture are packaged separately. The powder mixture contains 100 parts by weight of 100 parts by weight of red pepper powder, and 50-150 parts by weight of soybean powder for red pepper paste. The liquid mixture contains 100 parts by weight of water, 10-20 parts by weight of salt, and 100-150 parts by weight of starch syrup.
