PURPOSE: A substrate for an organic electronic device is provided to improve durability by stably attaching the substrate to a sealing structure. CONSTITUTION: The formation area of an electrode layer (102) is wider than the formation area of a light scattering layer (103). The electrode layer is formed on the surface of a base material layer (101). The light scattering layer is not formed on the surface of the base material layer. The electrode layer is formed outside the light scattering layer. The light scattering layer includes scattering particles.
