PURPOSE: A mobile application purchase and operation system using a use ticket providing server and a method thereof are provided to install a mobile application in other mobile terminals by using a use ticket for operating the mobile application. CONSTITUTION: A mobile application purchase and operation system using a use ticket providing server is included in an application (100) in a user terminal in order to include a use ticket purchase unit (101) for purchasing a use ticket form an application market. An application use providing unit (103), an application use ticket storage (104), an application use registration unit (102), and an application (105) for the use ticket are included. A user pays for the use ticket by using the use ticket purchase unit and provides payment information to the storage to generate the use ticket. The use ticket is provided to the application use registration unit and an application executing unit including the application use registration unit is provided.
