PURPOSE: A pile for root treatment is provided to enable accurate treatment of root by preventing bending or breaking of a bone and to block a fatal damage or contamination by destruction. CONSTITUTION: A pile for root treatment (100) comprises a shank (110) and a cutting unit (120). The cutting unit forms a taper shape starting from a front end part (N) to an end adjacent to the shank. The bone with a fine intaglio is processed to have directional nature to the front end making at least part of the cutting unit to have a rough surface. A bite is formed which eliminates and treats the damaged rood through rotational frictions in an area between bones.
