PURPOSE:To prevent a buried pipe from being damaged by providing a lever which is broken when it is pressed by the buried pipe with pressure, for the lower outer circumference of a rotating bucket main body so as to be projected downward from excavating pawls. CONSTITUTION:A main body is pressed into the ground with the rotating bucket main body of a rotating bucket rotated while both a boom cylinder and an arm cylinder are being operated, so that excavation is thereby processed. And when the tip end of a lever 24 which is provided for the outer circumference of the main body via a bracket 22 while its tip end is being projected out of excavating pawls down below, abuts against a buried pipe 21, and when force F exerted to the lever 24 exceeds a specified value, the lever 24 is broken at its neck section. Furthermore, the small diameter section 24b of the lever 24 is pushed up by a press spring 28, so that a micro switch 37 is thereby turned on, and warning actuation is provided, furthermore, a control valve is moved to a stop position so that excavation is thereby suspended. |
