<p>The present invention relates to vaccine(s) comprising cancer cells expressing antigen(s), excipients, optionally adjuvant wherein the said antigen(s) is expressed on contacting the said cancer cell with p38 inducer, for use in treatment of Cancer. The vaccine composition induces specific immune response against homologous and heterologus cancer cells of the tissue /organ. The invention also provides method of preparing the same.</p>
