PURPOSE:To prepare a resin molding item superior in smoothness, brightness, and having few inner foam, a small molding shrinkage and warp, a superior performance, by curing a liquid resin composition under pressurized atmosphere to apply uniform pressure to the liquid resin composition. CONSTITUTION:A liquid resin composition is prepared by compounding a filler, curing agent, curing accelerator etc. at a required ratio to a liquid resin such as phenol resin, unsaturated polyester resin. Then the stacked members of a mold for molding or a reinforcing material are held under a pressurized atmosphere by setting up in a pressurized vessel such as pressure still. Being cured under the pressurized atmosphere, there can be obtained a molding item which has a smooth surface and brightness, also there are only a few foams residing inside the molding item, and the molding shrinkage at the time of curing can be diminished. |
