PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery device having a backflow prevention circuit capable of instantaneously preventing a large current inflow into a battery block having low potential, with suppression of power loss and heat evolution.SOLUTION: The backflow prevention circuit includes a semiconductor switch element inserted between a positive electrode of a battery block and a positive output terminal of a secondary battery group, and a transistor connected to the semiconductor switch element. The input terminal of the semiconductor switch element is connected to the negative terminal of the battery block through a resistor. In the transistor, the base is connected to the positive electrode of the battery block, the emitter is connected to the positive output terminal, and the collector is connected to the input terminal of the semiconductor switch element. When a current flows through the semiconductor switch element, and a base-emitter potential difference becomes a certain value or larger, the transistor conducts and switches off the semiconductor switch element. |
