PURPOSE: A food drier equipped with an auxiliary heating device is provided to drastically reduce time spent on drying food and evenly dry food which is kept in a container. CONSTITUTION: Inside of a drying section (1), one or more auxiliary heating devices are detachably installed at regular intervals from a wall (1A) based on a container. A discharge hole is formed in the bottom surface of the drying section, and a bottom flow route (4) connected with the discharge hole is formed in the lower part of the discharge hole. The bottom flow route is connected to a ventilating passage which is connected to the outside. The ventilating passage includes a heat exchanger which exchanges heat generated. On the upper side of the drying section, one or more top auxiliary heating devices (2A', 2B') are installed. |
