PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver device capable of cutting off or taking in solar radiation according to seasons even while a blade part is turned to a fixed type and a configuration is simplified.SOLUTION: The louver device is capable of taking sunlight into a room even on a winter day when the sun altitude is low during the daytime, by setting an attaching angle α of each blade part 4 to the state of becoming larger than the highest culmination altitude within a period set as winter days. Also, by setting the interval of blade parts 10 and 11 to the state that an angle &bgr; formed by a horizontal plane C and a straight line B connecting an upper end G1 of a lower surface 10b of the blade part 10 and a lower end D2 of an upper surface 11a of the blade part 11 becomes smaller than the lowest culmination altitude within a period set as summer days, the sunlight during the sunny days is cut off by the blade parts 4 over a long period of time, and incidence of the sunlight into the room is suppressed. |
