PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure radiation of a sample with desired accuracy.SOLUTION: A radiation measuring device 10 comprises: a radiation detector 15 for detecting radiation emitted from a sample; and a processor 13 that corrects self-absorption of the sample on the basis of a correction coefficient and calibrates detection efficiency of the radiation detector 15. The processor 13 comprises: a storage section 41 for storing data that describe the correction coefficient corresponding to any attenuation coefficient of the sample by a parameter corresponding to a shape of the sample and a shape of crystal of the radiation detector 15; and a parameter calculating section 42 for calculating the parameter on the basis of the detection efficiency of the radiation detector 15 obtained by performing an operation of radiation transportation by simulation in a case where the sample having any attenuation coefficient is accommodated in a predetermined container 16 and the radiation emitted from the sample is detected by the radiation detector 15 having a germanium crystal with a predetermined shape. |
