PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a conductive roll which suppresses filming of an electrifying member and/or a photoreceptor and improves distortion characteristics of the electrifying member so that a stripe defect can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A device 300 for manufacturing a conductive roll includes: a metal mold 50 including a space 54 for the formation of an elastic layer into which a conductive elastic material 12 is injected or charged, a support part 52 for supporting a shank 20b of a core bar 20 along the longitudinal direction of the space 54, a charging port (not shown) for allowing the elastic material to be charged into the space 54, and a metal mold housing part 56 having a cooler; and a heater 40 attached to the shank 20b of the core bar 20 projecting from the support part 52 of the metal mold 50. |
