PURPOSE: An indirect water-cooled light emitting diode lamp is provided to improve the efficiency of a cooling tank by storing gases evaporated by a cooling water evaporation process in an evaporation tank. CONSTITUTION: A socket part (20) is electrically combined with a connector that is a power source. A lamp part (10) is located under the socket part. A printed circuit board (40) is located in the space of the lamp part. A cooling tank (30) is located between the socket part and the lamp part. The cooling tank cools heat from an LED.
