PURPOSE: A concealment shelter for capturing harmful insects and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the weight of the concealment shelter and to improve heat insulation. CONSTITUTION: A concealment shelter for capturing harmful insects comprises punched non-woven fabric and rice straws which are steamed at 90-130 deg. C for 3-40 minutes. A method for manufacturing the concealment shelter for capturing harmful insects comprises: a step (S110) of steaming the rice straws at 90-130 deg. C for 3-40 minutes; a step (S120) of beating and combing the rice straws; a step (S130) of carding the rice straws; and a step (S140) of needle-punching the rice straws.
