PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly economical sheet for foundation application which improves pickup property of foundation from a cosmetic container and makes it possible to uniformly apply the foundation to the skin without any problem in terms of sanitation. SOLUTION: The sheet for foundation application includes a base layer and an application layer, the application layer for applying the foundation to the skin is formed on at least one surface of the base layer, and the sheet is impregnated with water which is 0.5 to 2.0 times of fibrous sheet weight beforehand.
