PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and an application management system using the same are provided to load and drive applications provided by various communication business licensees. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit (1110) transmits identification information to a relay server. The communication unit downloads a first list about applications corresponding to the identification information from the relay server. A controller (1130) generates a management list including state information about installation and update of the application, by using the first list and a second list about the applications stored in a memory unit. A display unit (1140) displays the management list.
