PURPOSE: A touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an oil film effect by enabling a quick return to the original form even if a touch occurs. CONSTITUTION: A substrate includes a transparent sensing electrode(202) and an anti-finger coating layer or a waterproof coating layer(204) is formed on a surface between a display device(207) and an air gap(206). The substrate including the transparent sensing electrode is an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) film or glass. A transparent window includes one or more combinations among tempered glass, PMMA, PC, and PET. The substrate includes a double layered ITO film or glass. |
