PURPOSE: Filler is provided to have excellent adhesion with various materials like a glass substrate, etc, and to maintain other properties excellently. CONSTITUTION: Filler comprises a hydrolyzable functional group, an olefin resin having a reactive functional group which is hydrolyzed material of the hydrolyzable functional group. The index of the hydrolyzable functional group measured by FT-IR is 0.05-1.5, and the index of the reactive functional group is 0.01-1.5. The hydrolyzable functional group is halogen, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, an acyloxy group, an alkylthio group, or an alkyleneoxythio group. A manufacturing method of the optoelectronic device comprises a step of manufacturing a laminate by using a substrate(11), an optoelectronic device, and the filler(14a,14b), and a step of heat-compressing the laminate. |
