PURPOSE: A ventilation device and a ventilation system using the same are provided to efficiently prevent foreign substances and noise of the outside from flowing inside by drawing contaminated air of the inside into the ventilation device and discharging the contaminated air to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation device and a ventilation system using the same include a storage unit (111), a passage unit (117), and a cover unit (113). The storage unit stores liquid. The passage unit is formed in the storage unit, and the liquid is filled inside. The passage unit is formed on the upper part of a passage pipe (117-1) and the passage pipe connected to an air passage unit (102) connected to the indoor space and includes a falling unit (117-2) at least one falling hole (127) is formed. The cover unit is formed on the upper part of the storage unit, and an air discharging unit (123) discharging contaminated air of the indoor space passing through the falling hole is formed on the cover unit.
