PURPOSE: A metal separator for a fuel cell is provided to form an adhesive with excellent adhesion with the base material of the metal separator, and a gasket prior to a coating layer, thereby being capable of preventing separation of gasket from the base material. CONSTITUTION: A metal separator for a fuel cell(100) comprises: a base material(110) of a metal separator; an adhesive(120) formed on a specific portion of the top of the metal separator; a gasket(130) attached to the base material of the metal separator by the adhesive layer; a coating layer(140) which is coated on a portion where the gasket is not formed. The coating layer is also coated on a portion. The tensile strength between the base material and the gasket has 0.6-1.0 kgf. |
