PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker to easily determine the presence or absence of abnormality of a whole software system, on the basis of multiple electronic mails to be transmitted respectively from multiple software modules constituting a software system of a Web server.SOLUTION: An electronic mail management device comprises: mail receiving means 1 for receiving multiple electronic mails to be transmitted from each software module; determination means 2 for, with respect to each of the electronic mails to be received by the means 1, analyzing each character string in the mails and determining whether or not each software module is normal, and then totally determining whether or not the whole software system is normal, on the basis of the results; and determination result storage means 22 for storing a result of the total determination. |
