PURPOSE: A bullet proof sheet and a bullet proof helmet including the same are provided to prevent polymer matrix from stripped from fabric networks which is coated with the polymer matrix for enhancing durability. CONSTITUTION: A bullet proof sheet comprises fiber networks and polymer matrix. The fiber network is woven fabric. The first fibers are warps. The second fibers are wefts. The fabric comprises the first and the second fibers and the fiber rate of the first and the second fiber is 1:1-100:1. |
