PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pulp mold structure by which the pulp mold structure according to application can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: Referring to Fig.(1), a first mold 21 is set so as to cover a location where a first foamable resin 14 are applied in one side surface of a body 11 comprising a pulp mold via a first space 24. Next, referring to Fig.(1) and Fig.(2), the first foamable resin 14 is foamed for 10 min. in the first mold 21 so as to fill the first space 24 while setting the temperature of the first mold 21 and a pedestal 86 at 60°C. Consequently, the foaming of the first foamable resin 14 is restricted by the first space 24 thereby a first protecting layer 15 of a desired shape is integrally formed in the body 11. Finally, referring to Fig.(3), the first mold 21 is removed, the body 11 is detached from the pedestal 86, and a manufacturing step of a container 10 is completed. |
