PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method which allows obtaining a printed matter which is small in an elution amount of components in the film to the external, of which support is difficult to shrink, which is suppressed in odor, excels in hardenability and blocking resistance, and a printed matter.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording method contains: a process to discharge an ink composition on a support; and a process to cure the ink composition by irradiating the ink composition with an active ray with the oxygen partial pressure of 0.15 atm or less, wherein the support is a resin film of 10-90 μm in the film thickness, the ink composition contains 60 mass% or more of the entire ink composition by totaling the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound, the mono function (meth)acrylate compound, and N-vinyllactams, and contains a specific polymerization initiator, in which the content of the polymerization initiator of which molecular weight is less than 340 is less than 1 mass% of the entire ink composition. |
