METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF SPECIFIC ANTISPECIES OVIST PEROXIDASE CONJUGATE FOR DIAGNOSIS OF DISEASES OF COMMUNICABLE ETIOLOGY IN BLOOD SERUM OF SMALL CATTLE BY IMMUNOENZYME METHOD (ELISA)

摘要

A method for manufacturing a specific peroxidase conjugate of ovist antispecies for diagnosis of infectious etiology in serum immunoassay (ELISA) of small cattle consists in the deposition of immunoglobulins (Ig) with PEG, centrifugation to produce general gamma globulin fraction. The deposition of PEG is performed one time, centrifuged at 3000 rpm./min. for 15 min. and ion exchange chromatography is further performed to further filtration of produced solution with Ig, animals ae immunized with the heterogeneous release of IgG from antiserum and conjugation of produced IgG is performed by the method for Nakane with horseradish peroxidase.
