A method for control and diagnostics of state of frame yielding support made of special profile includes measurement of deflection of the elements of support that are deformed at interaction with rocks, by those a conclusion is made on internal forces in the frame (arch). Additionally special survey points are equipped in the working, those comprise adjusting inserts installed in the yielding units at the whole length of the working to obtain information on state of support and for control of the process of interaction of the support and rocks destroyed round the working, and measuring devices that are mounted in the yielding units on adjusting inserts through several frames (arches) along the working for fixation of the values of slide of bearing elements of the frame (arch) and deflections of the inserts formed as a result of loss of stability of those at the support yielding, and for transfer of on-line data by communication channels to the point for receiving information, by that interrelation of deformations of rocks destroyed round the working and displacements of the frame (arch) of the support are evaluated, with determination of force acting in the yielding unit at that instant, with making conclusion on control of state of the support and rocks in zone of nonelastic deformations round the working. |
