PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Pd alloy excellent in hydrogen permeability and strength.SOLUTION: A hydrogen permeable copper alloy is represented by compositional formula: PdCuX(X: at least one of Al, Ga and In, a: 43-49 atom%, b: 1-a-c, and c: 0.02-2 atom%), and has an average crystal particle size in a &bgr; phase of 4 μm or less when heat treatment at 300°C for 20 hours is performed. |
