A three-pass heat exchanger of coil type with uniform withdrawal of heat carrier for heating and hot water supply systems includes closed and open independent circuits of heat carrier, heat exchanger and accumulating vessel for hot water. The inlet branch pipe of heating heat carrier is connected in tangent line, and withdrawal of return heat carrier is performed through perforated suction branch pipe in conical form.
