PURPOSE: A wired and wireless earphone device using in-the-ear type microphone is provided to maintain output quality by outputting stereo sound to ears when a user calls an opponent or listens to music. CONSTITUTION: A first earphone unit (110) includes a first speaker (111) and a first microphone (112). The first earphone unit is inserted into one ear of a user. A second earphone unit (120) includes a second speaker (121) and is inserted into the other ear of the user. A signal transmitting/receiving unit (140) transmits and receives a sound signal to an external device. A control unit (130) transmits a voice signal, which is outputted from the first microphone, to the external device through the signal transmitting/receiving unit. The control unit outputs the sound signal, which is received from the external device, to the first speaker and the second speaker.
