METHOD OF FLOW COLUMN CLEANING FROM ASPHALT-TAR-PARAFFIN DEPOSITS

FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: for scraper running and pulling operations a multi-wire armoured electrical cable and mobile elevator with hydroficated winch are used. Top and bottom of the scraper are equipped with electric heating elements in order to heat deposits up to flowing or liquid condition during running and pulling operations in a pack of asphalt-tar-paraffin (ATP) deposits. When the scraper is stopped during lifting pressure over the scraper is decreased by release of wellhead pressure in lift tubes up to atmosphere pressure. For this purpose well production is directed into an open container or to tubular annulus without excessive pressure. Creation of additional lift capacity due to pressure difference of the scraper and below it together with electric heating of packs of ATP deposits allows release of the scraper from sticking in flow column.EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability, expanded process functionality.2 dwg
