PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading platform of a truck, a platform that is used only for a high place operation even on the platform of the truck and that is for the use of an ordinary truck in the absence of high place operation, and to provide a safety device for operation on a loading platform of a truck and providing a truck formed using the platform and the device. SOLUTION: The loading platform for a truck is provided with a base member installed in which a long member formed using a long pipe or a post is erected and freely attachably/detachably held for the loading platform. Further, a safety device for operation on a loading platform of a truck is provided including: two or more long members that are formed using a pipe or a post and that are freely detachably erected on a loading platform of a truck; a main rope that is connected to one end of the two long members and that are linked between the long members; and a rope member that is slidable in one end relative to the main rope and that has in the other end a connection fixture to be connected to an operation worker.
