PURPOSE: A sit-up exercise apparatus is provided to enable an ordinary person with a poor body condition or a patient who has trouble in using muscles to smoothly exercise for strengthening abdominal muscles with small muscular strength. CONSTITUTION: A sit-up exercise apparatus comprises: a frame (10) of a square frame type which is arranged in the surface and includes a stand (21) horizontally adhered to the center of the inner side; a back (20) of a chair which is mounted on the other side of a hinge (22) in which one end is mounted on the stand and is arranged at the upper face of the frame in order to control an angle; a fixing control part which is installed between the back of a chair and frame and adjusts the back of the chair in which an angle is controlled; a pair of beds (40) which are mutually separated at the upper face of the other side of the frame in order to form an empty space; a mounting member (50) which is adhered between the stand and the frame in a longitudinal direction corresponding to the empty space of the bed; and a leg support member (60) which is arranged in the center of the upper face of the bed in a state which is separably fixed to the mounting member, is formed to be protruded to an upper part in order to support the legs of a user, includes a foot rest (61) horizontally protruded at the leading end and a foot fixed belt (62) adhered to one side of the foot rest in order to fix the foot of the user and is adhered to a first loop in which the foot fixed belt is hung on the other side of the foot rest. |
