<p>PURPOSE: An article storage facility appropriately performs maintenance work even when the height of an article storage shelf is high. CONSTITUTION: A storage part (1) is arranged in the vertical direction of an article storage shelf (2). A transport device (3) transports an article from the multiple storage parts. The transport device includes a transport loading device and a lifted body (17) movably supporting the transport loading device. The transport loading device transports and loads the article from the storage part by being formed on the transport device. A lifting scaffold (4) lifts a moving space (S) at the front side of the article storage shelf. A surrounding wall (W) covers the moving space and the installation space of the article storage shelf.</p> |
