PURPOSE: A portable mine detection device is provided to be moved in a longitudinal direction and swung in a horizontal direction to detect a mine using a sensor head and a handle. CONSTITUTION: A portable mine detection device comprises light emitting elements (40), a transmission part (31), a receiving part (32), and a signal processing part (50). The light emitting elements are arranged on a sensor head in a longitudinal direction. The transmission part is installed along the edge of the sensor head and transmits a magnetic field. The receiving part is installed on the sensor head and faces two or more light emitting elements. The light emitting elements facing the receiving part emit light according to the sensed value from the receiving part.
