PURPOSE: An array substrate, a liquid crystal display device, a radiation-sensitive resin composition, and a process for producing the array substrate are provided to improve reliability by forming a pixel structure suitable for high brightness. CONSTITUTION: An active circuit element is formed in a substrate. An insulating layer (12) is formed on the substrate. A common electrode (14) is arranged on the insulating layer. An interlayer dielectric (33) and a pixel electrode (9) are arranged on the insulating layer. The interlayer dielectric is made of a radiation-sensitive resin composition.
