PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device, an oscillation device and an electronic apparatus that implement a stable oscillating operation by suppressing an increase in a collector voltage of a transistor for oscillation.SOLUTION: The circuit device includes: an oscillation circuit 10 having a transistor BT for oscillation of an oscillator XTAL, and a feedback resistor RF disposed between a collector and a base of the bipolar transistor BT for oscillation; and a current supply circuit 20 for supplying current to the oscillation circuit 10. The current supply circuit 20 supplies the collector of the transistor BT for oscillation with a bias current ID for collector current supply, and supplies the base of the transistor BT for oscillation with an auxiliary base current IB2 complementary to a current IB1 supplied to the base of the transistor BT for oscillation via the feedback resistor RF on the basis of the bias current ID. |
