PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately sterilize the inner face of a PET bottle for mineral water.SOLUTION: Slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water a, which has pH 4.5-6.0 and concentration of 40 ppm or more, is heated at 25°C or less and sprayed at least onto the internal face of a PET bottle 1 for mineral water through a first nozzle 2, and after discharging the slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water from the PET bottle for mineral water, hot water b heated at 60°C or more and to be equal to or lower than heat resistant temperature of PET is sprayed at least onto the inner face of the PET bottle for mineral water through a second nozzle 3. Thereby, the sterilization effect of the inner face of the PET bottle for mineral water become 4 or more. |
