PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question/answer search system for narrowing down data in accordance with the applied situations of the version or patch of software in the case of searching the past failure case, for presenting an appropriate search result, and for presenting the patch necessary for countermeasures to failure as well as the search result.SOLUTION: A question/answer search system includes: a search part for searching answer information showing an answer including accepted search word information; an acquisition part for acquiring resource number information for specifying a correction resource for correcting software associated with answer information acquired as a search result; a second acquisition part for acquiring the source number information corresponding to the accepted identification information; an exclusion part for excluding, from the resource number information acquired by the acquisition part, the resource number information which matches the resource number information acquired by the second acquisition part; and a transmission part for transmitting the resource number information which has not been excluded by the exclusion part, answer information associated with the resource number of the resource number information and the correction resource information associated with the resource number. |
