PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die capable of equally filling resin into a plurality of cavities even when there is variation in lengths and cross sections of runners and temperature of a die.SOLUTION: A molding die 40 is for molding a plurality of lenses LP in a plurality of cavities CV which are formed by joining a first die 41 having first transfer faces S1 for forming ones OS1 of optical surfaces of the lenses LP, which are optical elements, and a second die 42 having second transfer faces S2 for forming the other optical surfaces OS2. The molding die 40 has runners DS connecting with the cavities CV, at least either one of the first die 41 and the second die 42 has runner forming parts 45, 46 for forming the runners, and the runner forming parts 45, 46 have inserts 91, 92 capable of changing cross sections. |
