Disclosed herein is a dietary composition, which contains both red ginseng extract and Curcuma longa L. extract as active ingredients, and thus has an excellent effect on fatigue recovery through the synergistic effect of red ginseng extract and Curcuma longa L. extract. Specifically, disclosed is a dietary composition exhibits an excellent effect on recovery from mental fatigue (stress) and physical fatigue (exercise load) through a combination of red ginseng extract and Curcuma longa L. extract. Also, because the disclosed dietary composition has an excellent effect on recovery from physical fatigue, it assists in increasing exercise duration ability. |
