PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of shortening a time period to reach a target variation range of a deflection angle of a mirror part when correcting the variation range.SOLUTION: A light deflection part is a MEMS mirror and includes a mirror drive part that drives a mirror part to vibrate the mirror part when first drive signals or a second drive signal are input. When the first drive signals are corrected, the second drive signal is generated. The first drive signals are rectangular pulses that are generated at predetermined time intervals. The second drive signal is one rectangular pulse. The first drive signals and the second drive signal are the same in pulse width. When the first drive signals are corrected to increase a deflection angle of the mirror part 11, a peak value of the second drive signal is increased larger than that of the corrected first drive signals.
