PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce an HEMS(Home Energy Management System) by using an existing facility which does not have any connection means with a communication network.SOLUTION: The energy information output device includes: a display part 6 including at least 7 segment type display elements; and a display control part 8 for individually controlling the lighting of a plurality of display segments including at least a plurality of first display segments constituting the 7 segment type display elements. The display control part 8 performs first processing of, in an energy information display mode in which energy information relating to the using situation of energy is converted into binary data and displayed at the 7 segment display elements, performing the display of a marker for positioning for determining the display range of the binary data by the first display segments by lighting a part of the first display segments existing at the inside or outer peripheral part of the display range or the other display segments and second processing of displaying the binary data at the same time or by time-division by selectively lighting a part or whole part of the plurality of first display segments in the display range.
