PURPOSE: Lower body rotating fitness equipment is provided to adjust the elasticity according to the weight, the exercise taste, and the exercise intensity of a user; and improve durability and productivity by minimizing components. CONSTITUTION: Lower body rotating fitness equipment comprises an upper plate (200) on which a user is stepped; a lower plate (100) which supports the ground; and an elastic rotation axis which provides an elastic force between the upper plate and the lower plate. The elastic rotation axis comprises a top cover (210) which is formed in a tube form for covering the circumference of the elastic rotation axis and has a roller (212) symmetrically formed in the side; a bottom cover (110) which is formed in a tube form for accommodating the top cover; and a rotary guide (112) which is slantly formed and induces a driving of the roller in the side. When the upper plate moves up and down, the roller drives according to the rotary guide thereby rotating the upper plate. |
