PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of a directory information amount even when the number of arithmetic processing units increases.SOLUTION: Among a plurality of arithmetic processing units each provided with a cache memory, the arithmetic processing unit connected to a main memory unit writes, into the main memory unit, presence information indicating whether or not the same data as data stored in the main memory unit is held in the cache memory provided in one of the arithmetic processing units belonging to a corresponding arithmetic processing unit group, for each arithmetic processing unit group of the plurality of arithmetic processing unit groups obtained by classifying the plurality of arithmetic processing units into a number smaller than the total number of the plurality of arithmetic processing units. |
