PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with information of content having the possibility of improving a skill level.SOLUTION: The server is provided. The server for providing content information suitable to the user has: reception means for receiving a content information request from the user; skill level determination means for determining a user's skill level represented by any of a plurality of stages as a first skill level on the basis of user information of the user; content specification means for specifying content to be used by a user at a second skill level higher than the first skill level; content selection means for selecting content usable by the user transmitting the content information request on the basis of the specified content; and transmission means for transmitting content information of the selected content to the user.
